Specific Requirements:
- Develop e-commerce UI based on provided designs or mockups
- Knowledge of SSR
- Experience with Smartedit
- Experience is building user interfaces using HTML 5, CSS 3 and consuming JSON web services
- Experience working with e-commerce application development
- Interact with application developers to integrate HTML into a java-based web application.
Technical Skills:
- Angular v14 or above versions
- Spartacus v4.0 & above
- NgRx & RxJS
- HTML, CSS/SCSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap

HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven HR Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain and update recruitment databases, track metrics, and generate hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices.
Key Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (IT/Non-IT preferred).
- Strong experience in sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
- Experience in campus hiring, bulk hiring, or lateral hiring is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and hiring compliance.
